Robin DySard is a 25 year resident of SW Florida with over 21 years experience helping residents of this beautiful area achieve their health and fitness goals. She began her career in 1990 studying and working with experts for over a year before embarking on a personal training career working one on one with clients in Naples and Bonita Springs in strength training, toning and weight loss. In 2005 she graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. She is currently working on her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. During her years at FGCU she acquired certification in mat Pilates from the Physical Mind Institute and spent over a year attending courses at the Polestar Pilates studio in Miami Florida, where she received certification as a Polestar Pilates Rehab Practitioner. Her independent study/thesis at FGCU was entitled “Lumbopelvic Instability: A Pilates Approach to Therapeutic Exercise For Chronic Low Back Pain”. She has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2003 and maintains up to date with the latest PT information through frequent continuing education. She recently earned a Certification in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy through FIOMPT. In addition to her manual therapy skills and Pilates training she utilizes Micro-current Pulsed Stimulation over acupressure points to decrease pain and has had great success with this modality.

Susan Baver Mann DPT received her transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Florida Gulf Coast University in May 2015. She received her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from University of Iowa with an emphasis on Ergonomics and the Biomechanics of the Spine, and BS in Physical Therapy from University of Kansas. She has over 30 years of experience as a physical therapist, with an emphasis on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, chronic pain, and woman’s health issues. Along with traditional treatment approaches, Susan utilizes complimentary forms of treatment including Pilates, Thai Chi for Arthritis, and Aquatic therapy. Susan has been a certified Pilates Instructor since 2001 (with over 800 hours of training) through Kathy Corey, Master Instructor. Susan also underwent 10 days of comprehensive Polestar Pilates training in Miami Florida, integrating Physical Therapy and Pilates. Susan is a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, and has worked with clients, who have had physical injuries or disabilities, helping them return to golf. She previously organized“Physically Challenged Golf” clinics at a number of golf courses in the Naples, and Bonita area. Her doctoral case study was entitled the Integration of Health Coaching and Physical Therapy. Susan also is a Certified Health Coach, through US Health Foundations, and is on a personal quest for health and wellness. She enjoys helping others to reach their wellness goals. Susan provides Part B outpatient/home health Medicare coverage for Physical Therapy at Pelican Sound, and in the Naples, and Bonita areas. She is available to provide Health Coaching in groups or individually. A physician’s order is required for physical therapy treatment under Medicare. A patient must obtain a local physician’s prescription for physical therapy no later than 21 days from the first day of treatment ( if the client initially had and order from an out of state doctor).
